The Buell's Landing Vacation Rental is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 60 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
Cancellations prior to 60 days of the arrival will entitle you to a refund of the deposit less a $25 processing fee. Failure to cancel prior to 60 days will necessitate a charge for the full booking.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
We require 50% down upon booking reservation. The remain 50% will be due 30 days before check-in.
Check-in: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
All efforts will be made to have your vacation home cleaned and ready by your check-in time, but at times we cannot guarantee the exact time of occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances. Please do not arrive before the check in time. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Check-out time must be met to allow cleaning to be completed for the next guest(s). Guests that occupy the property beyond 11:00 AM without prior approval will be charged an late check-out fee equivalent to $50.00 for each hour of occupancy beyond the checkout time.
Use of Property. The Guest shall use the property only as a Vacation home and not for any other purposes. Tenant agrees that he/she will not use or store illegal drugs on the property. No fireworks. No grilling on screened porches or deck.
No Pets
Bed and Bath Linens. We have provided linens for your convenience. Please do not take white sheets, comforters or towels to patio or beach. The white linens are for inside use only. If you need towels for beach, there are old towels in the cabinet, on the lower level patio,
At the end of your stay, please strip the linens but leave the comforters on the bed. Please put all used towels and dirty linens in the plastic tub that will be sitting in the utility room of the side screened in porch.
Occupancy: Guest agrees that no more than 5 persons shall occupy the property.
Trash. Guest shall place all trash outside in the trash cans provided in the lower level patio. Please make sure lids are secure.
Dishes. All dishes are to be cleaned and put away before leaving.
Heating/Cooling: Please do not leave sliding door open while heating and cooling units are running.
No Smoking in the House or Screened Porches. If you smoke on the patio, please discard cigarette butts safely in proper trash containers. Never in the yard or on the beach.
Due to the nature of our property, we do not comply with ADA standards.
